    Moly Frame

I have a 86 S-15 Jimmy which started off as a 4X4 with seven cross members. I am wondering if I could install a crome moly frame under this beast and how much weight this might shave off.
Objects in my rear view mirror are a good thing unless,.... they have red and blue lights flashing.

Ha ha, don't laugh ole' timer, I had it up on a hoist and i was eyeing the frame up with a hole saw in hand, but the better judgement won. What I did do was remove the trailer hitch, the rear seat and carpet and a few other things and I knocked off 250 lbs. I got it down to 3375 until I sat down in it........

Inspector, would the people at that number be able to give me the weight savings?
