Sorry for the site problem today...

...apparrently the company who makes the gallery software thought I had a pirated copy of the software and sent a nasty letter to the ISP to shut down the site. They acted on that request for legal reasons and I spent some time back and forth with the software company to resolve the issue.

Turns out a typo in the url that the software was registered to caused the problem.

    Brent -

Glad to see you got it straightened out. I had been trying all day to get online only to get a page selling tee shirts and other stuff. Couldn't send an email (didn't have your address in my regular email accounts (fixed that), and thought I would have to sign up at another site just to pm a moderator to find out what was wrong.

At first I thought a nasty bug had hijacked my computer, but all of my other sites worked fine.

Glad to have the site back up and running.

    BIG THANKS!!

Hehe, I thought the company I work for put blocks on us surfing the web and I was redirected to the Home Shopping Network. Of course, I ONLY check in on CHR during my lunch hour.

As Denny mentioned above, I am just the moderator(.0001%), Brent is the owner/operator of the site/forum. All I did in this case was send him an email letting him know the site was down. He took the time out of his business day (he does work a full time job other than this forum) to get things straightened out and back up on the server(s).

I guess I missed the fun - we were out in the camper and their wifi died.

Glad I didn't miss much - and thanks Brent for getting us back on line so
    I can 'be complete'

Thank you Brent, I don't know what to do with my work day without this site. And Bill, thank you! Being a mod is a very thankless job.

Now, somebody explain why most of my recent posts have been removed. Piracy? Highjacked? Personal issues? Give some BS that I might believe.
I also am a mod on sites that are controversial and huge in context.
I have a "Little Understanding" of how this stuff works so please break it down, the smoke will be good for the next BBQ I'm having.
