After 3 and a half years of dealing with the local authorities, the neighbors, the engineers and my wife, I am finally ready to go ahead on my shop, hahahaha, what a f'in joke. I had to beat up a couple along the way, no, not my wives. lol.
From the time I made my application for a permit, till today, is three years. Oh No, I got it on nine eleven. lol.
Now all I have to do is find a way to post pics, he he he. I am pouring my footings in the morning.Objects in my rear view mirror are a good thing unless,.... they have red and blue lights flashing.

I just found out yesterday that where I live, Morgan Co, Tn that there are NO building codes!!, they said I can build anything, any way I want! Cool
... That does explan a few houses/shacks around here.
I do remember a house that had a red neck a car lift.

A friend of mine built a steel shop last spring. He held off buying the ceiling until now because he wasn't ready for it and didn't want it setting around & gettin' damaged. The ceiling that cost 1,600 last spring now costs 2,900."PLAN" your life like you will live to 120.
