Dave,we have a lot of fun at the small get togethers, and usually the bigger ones too. Hunt down Jim Shelton in Vegas, ask him how much fun he had..
The bridge??dont go there!!!Just too many problems with the span and the length of the piles, the Samoans dont want huge piles covering their islands, dont know why,
The only alternative is a big silver bird, and ya gotta pay to get on them... But,you know you are welcome down here if you want to sample our rodding..just bring gifts,[a hemi Belvedere will do]Micah 6:8
If we aren't supposed to have midnight snacks,,,WHY is there a light in the refrigerator???

Lamin8r, you are just plain evil! I don't think I have seen that many cars in one spot that ding my dinger in a long time. And, that '51 Vicky? I wish I was rich instead of so damned ugly, I'd see if I could get 'em to send that one back, maybe along with a few others there, too.
Thanks for the great piccys.Rrumbler, Aka: Hey you, "Old School", Hairy, and other unsavory monickers.
Twistin' and bangin' on stuff for about sixty or so years; beat up and busted, but not entirely dead - yet.

Me??evil??tsk tsk...the first time I saw that Vicky,I wanted to leave my F100 there and take that home, until my wife reminded me that I couldnt deliver a coupe body on it..The guy also has a 1960 F100 panel,58 Fairlane2door post,a couple of Camaros and last time I looked,a mid 60s Pontiac ragtop.
For a long time,New Zealand has had a real drought of sorts with American iron, because in the 50s and 60s we needed overseas funds to buy a new car out of America,Australia,England,or anywhere else for that matter, and the import restrictions of the time were difficult,so we made do with what was available. In the last 20 years, import restrictions have relaxed, and more and more people are getting into,or back into hotrodding or just buying stockers to cruise around in,and a lot more different models are being sought..
I hope to be able to make that dinger of yours ding a bit louder in the coming months,as we get out and about.Next month,we are going to a day cruise in which usually nets up to 400 cars,a big percentage of which are traditional rods, and the usual plethora of 50s/60s cruisers..a charity day, gold coin donation[$1/$2] from entrants and spectators..About $5000 raised last year. Also, next year,at our AmeriCARna run,Barry Meguiar and film crew are coming over for the week, and maybe Kirk Jones could return too, seems to like it down here.He put a pile of pics on the hamb lastyear.
Will keep you all posted.Micah 6:8
