From down here!!
Every month there is a burger run,or breakfast run,etc so we try to combine a visit to some one with an out of town event, doesnt work out that we get out of town regularly, but last Friday,I took my brother in law back to Auckland,[4 1/2 hour drive],so he could fly back to Brisbane Australia,to his family,so I hung around Auckland for the weekend, and went to the breakfast meet north of the city,,werent a lot of cars there,as a lot of the regulars were south of the city at another run..But..heres some shots of what did turn up..
A friend owns this Vicky, rumour has it,that it sat for a number of years [about 16]before Des bought it into the country, his brother in law now owns it,runs very sweet.

Thanks for the comments, the blue deuces owner is a fairly quiet sort of a guy with a lot of talent and patience. He is a member of a group of guys called the Scroungers, who live in the 50s/60s era,the main man being a guy called Chris Piaggi, who spent some time up in US working for an older guy who taught him truck loads about flatheads..All of the Scroungers cars are based on the same era,all just about period perfect,Colins 32 5w is the shiniest of the bunch, but the rest of their cars are as well built, they have to be to pass our stringent certification laws.Micah 6:8

It is an interesting mix,as you can see,we have had a big surge in vehicles imported from your fair land,a variety of different models, sizes and shapes...We are lucky to have a ruling that lets us drive an older American car/truck LHD without having to convert them to RHD,a move which most of us wouldnt do anyway. We prefer them left hook..There are a lot of rules on later models, but it is complex, wont go there..Micah 6:8

Visited a family member at Dockery Ford from the time I was 1 year old through their ownership and then ownership change to Morristown Ford. Dockery was a major player in the Hi Performance...
How did you get hooked on cars?
