What Were Your First 10 Car???
Ok everyone I'm a youngster and really enjoy hearing about peoples first cars. So I'm kind of a late bloomer i didnt get my license until i was 21 now I'm 24. Just found my first (real car) 1961 Starliner (yep im the one)haha. Ok ill start it off. My 1st car was a 1993 Chevy Lumina. it was a beater. It died everytime i stoped at a stop light/sign.Paid $350 for it and Sold it for $250. Haven't been a fan of chevys since. Maybe its because my 2nd car was a 1996 2 door Chevy Cavalier. My wife hit a car that turned out in front of her. totaled.Paid $1600for it and Had to pay $86 to get rid of it.My 3rd car was a 1979 Ford Granada 4-door with a 300 straight 6. Paid $250 for it and sold it for $500. It was a great car. I really do miss it. The guy who bought it only lives a few blocks from me. His son drives it to school every day. I should buy it back from him. haha!!!!. My 4th car was a 1998 Chevy Cavalier 4-door. The motor locked up while my mother in-law drove it down the highway in 2nd gear.Paid $2200 for it and Just sold it for $150. My 5th car was a 1966 Ford F-100 shortbox 2wheel drive with a 240 straight 6 in it.Paid $300 Still have it plan to redo her in a few years(kids come first). My 6th car was a 1993 Ford taurus with a 3.8l v6 great car had alot of rust. Paid $450 for it and sold it for $650. It still runs today see it around town all the time. My 7th car was a 1995 Ford Taurus SHO it has the 3.2L v6. 220hp. its a fast car and probably my favorite car ever. ppl always try to race me when i drive down the mains haha but i dont want to rod her too much. they only made a little over 9,500 of these cars. it will be a collector car when my sons old enough to drive. i bought it from a friend when he had to go to jail paid $600 for it. My 8th car is a 1999 Ford f-150 4x4 supercab nice truck love it. I try to keep the miles down weekend driver. My 9th car is a 1961 Ford Galaxie Starliner. Cant wait to save her and bring her home. OK so i dont really have a 10th car unless you call a 1994 Chevy Suburban 4x4 k1500 i borrowed from my mother in-laws best friends husband to go pick up my 1966 f-100 2 hours from home when on the way back the motor locked up and i had to buy it from him for $800 and then sold it to a friend for $500. God i hate Chevys!!! or at least all the one i have owned haha. ok so i guess thats my first 10 cars let hear ppl.

Congrats on the Starliner! Cool lookin piece! My first car was a 61 Impala convertible, cherry car for a 1st one. My second was a 56 ford beater, but it sure ran with a 312 and automatic, a real tire smoker. 3rd was a 63 Falcon with a 289 and a factory 4 speed, one of my favorites. Used to smoke my buddy's 396 Chevelle, fooled a lot of people with that car! 4th thru 7th was a series of 65 GTOs, loved those cars.8th was a 68 GTO, yeah I was stuck on goats. Family came along and had to settle down a bit,9th was a ford van, for work. A series of mom and pop cars for a number of years, but that old hotrod bug was still in me. That led to my current cars, a 37 chevy pro street sedan and a 77 Corvette. Just sold a 68 GTX, I'm startin to miss that one. Who knows what will be next, but I'm not stopping here!.......CRI thought I knew a lot, until I had teenagers!

1983 MB 240D. had plans to hotrod it but scrapped it soon after I got my '67 Falcon. My '51 Chevy came a little under a year b4 the Falcon. took the Falcon off the road for a engine rebuild/ turbo and recently sold it uncompleted. next car was a '94 Tempo- it was a POS that didn't look bad ( well, it wasn't in bad shape, but Tempo's don't look 'good' )
ended up needing CV joints, and I junked it.. next was a '65 Rambler American. I fixed the brakes and got it running ok and drove it for a couple months. trunions started to collapse and I sold it, too much of a project for me. then I got a '92 Ranger 4x4 5spd. pretty fun truck, sold it after buying my '98 Ranger 5spd 2WD, and recently started scratch building a Ratrod..
So my current vehicles are my '98 Ranger, '51 Chevy ( mostly restored ) and my Ratrod project which is just a perimiter frame now, and the Ranger is for saleYou don't know what you've got til it's gone

Depends if you mean running/driving cars or projects. Before I was 16 and legal to drive I had these cars:
1) 32 Ford 5 window coupe
2) 50 Willys Jeepster
3) 30 Model A Fordor sedan
4) 34 Ford coupe turned into a roadster
5) 4 or 5 50 Fords, one was a mint convertible that I paid $ 25 for.
6) 37 Dodge four door sedan
7) 38 Ford Fordor sedan
When I got my license at 16 I then had these:
1) 57 VW, that was my first car and man, did I abuse that little 36 HP mill.
2) 59 Austin Healey bugeye Sprite
3) 2 53 Studebaker coupes, one with a 283 Chevy in it.
4) 51 or 53 Chrysler with a Hemi in it. Blew up the transmission 1 day.
5) 64 Chevy Impala Convertible
6) 66 GTO tripower coupe/ 4 speed
7) 67 GTO convertible 4 barrel 4 speed
8) 63 Bonneville Convertible 389 tripower, 3 speed stick.
9) 59 (I think) Fiat either 500 or 600 that couldn't go up steep hills.
10) 51 or 52 Rambler wagon with a 371 Olds, two fours, 4 speed hydrostick
11) 56 Ford Fairlane hardtop with a 312 3 speed stick
12) 47 Ford Fordor that only had 50,000 miles on it.......miss that one.
13) 32 Ford roadster pickup with a 406 Olds and Cad-Lasalle 3 speed
14) 40 Chevy Master Coupe that I swapped the 406 Olds into.
There were so many others in there like a 61 Impala convertible, 5 Corvairs, more VW bugs, a 68 Mustang that ended up a bracket racer, a 32 Austin Bantam B/Altered drag car, and probably 20 or 30 more, that I forget most of them.
Wish I had been smart enough to keep them all stored away somewhere.
