Cool wheels....should cut down on rolling resistance.....traction may suffer though.Remember, Freedom isn't Free, thousands have paid the price so you can enjoy what you have today.
Duct tape is like 'The Force.' It has a light side and a dark side, and it holds the universe together.

I removed the seams and widened the rear 3" then chopped and widened the rear window 1"
I'm pleased how the rear pan turned out. The rear is all tacked and now starting on firewall.

Back at it after taking some time off.
Most of the fabrication is done.
I must say that I'm pleased how the doors came out.
The hinges, latches and inner door panels were the biggest challenge.
My saving grace were the Model A door hinges I got from Blue Chip Engineering. They are steel rather than cast iron or bronze so I was able to modify them as needed.
still lots of finish welding and grinding to doLast edited by ohekk; 02-25-2011 at 07:27 PM.

Cool. Clever place for the battery! Nice work on the body. I know how much time and work is needed for these old steel bodies, not to mention all the chopping modifications!" "No matter where you go, there you are!" Steve.
