Wish bones
Anybody here changed the angle of their wishbones, can I effectively cut the section just past the foward link at the axle ( change its inclination) and raise the rear at the trans and reweld by a certified shop...my scrub line is non extistant, can I change altogether to a four bar using my axle ( magnum weed eater tube axle)......

Hey 406Rich, I can't answer your question about your split bones but I would like to say that you have one very beautiful '37 Ford and I really like to own it or one like yours.

Sorry I forgot to say that I have a friend that brought a '37 coupe many years ago for less than $3000 that a restorer had who had completed all the bodywork, had the car sealed with a good primer and then it has been in storage since the late '70's. Has a new old stock set of fender skirts plus all NOS chrome bumpers and mouldings for it. Has triple 97 holleys on an unknown inlet on the 21 stud flat head that runs like a swiss made watch.

Yes to both questions.
Usually folks will pie cut the yoke tubes with caster as their main objective, but if you've got clearance issues the process is the same. You need to be mindful of suspension travel and clearance to the frame as well.
Four bar setups aren't as common on fat fender cars, but not new either. I think Speedway sells a kit that's a bolt in.Your Uncle Bob, Senior Geezer Curmudgeon
