Blown small block
My 1930 Ford coupe has a 671 blown chevy 350 c.i. engine with dual holleys. I bought the total Weiand kit from summit racing (all the name brands are good quality). Engine is rebuilt, but nothing fancy - flat top pistons (lower compression) and small cam. Engine runs like a normal chevy engine until you give it gas - then it is just hold on and hope the tires hook up pretty soon. It's a fun ride! I have 2,500 miles on the car / engine and never had any problems other than it really wants to run out of gas (10 mpg highway, 6 ? around town). Car always gets lots of attention and is super fun to drive. Blower has a low boost and I really don't beat the car very much, just a cruiser. If you want a little better mileage, with good performance, I would go with a smaller blower and a single carb. Have fun.
