    HELP! Headlight Question.

Well here I am 3 posts in and I already have a question. MY headlights have been converted to halogen but I am in the process of basically replacing anything that can fail. Belts, lights, fuel pump, fans, etc. etc. I'm doing all this because I purchased the car 2 years ago and I don't know how old everything is and I would rather have parts that I want in there.

Back to my question. How the hell do you get to the bulbs on these things? I have taken that huge nut off the bottom and that loosens the headlight from the post. Next I took off the tiny little flat head screw from the bottom of the headlight but it didn't seem to do anything. I didn't pry or anything because obviously I do not want to break anything. Can anybody give me some suggestions on how to get to these bulbs for replacement?

Oh also, I did search but couldn't find what I was looking for.

    Thanks in advance!

    Hey there,
Usually there is a beauty ring around the front of the bulb with a "pinch" bolt combination. Loosen the pinch bolt, remove the front trim ring to expose more bolts to unbolt the actual headlight. could you post some better pictures of the headlights so we can see more detail (close ups). Thanks, Don Jr.
