    Smile Forte's is 29+

    Hi Guys,

Well it's been over 29 years as Forte's Parts Connection now. I have a hard time believing so many years have gone by. To think I became a WD for Doug Nash Engineering in 1982, WD For McLeod 1982, Lakewood 1983, Ford Racing 1985 and so on........... and so many other companies. WOW!!!
I can see the years in the mirror when I see the gray haired man that was just in his mid 20's. I used to have almost black hair. My draft card says I weigh just 155 lbs.
I've lived well and want to thank everyone for their past and present business and friendships too & especially my parents & family.

    Mike Forte

Happy Birthday Mike! In today's business climate 29 years in business is indeed an accomplishment!!!! As for the grey hair, that's from hi-mileage, not age!!!!!

Congratulations on the milestone, Mike, evidence of the hands on proactive approach you bring to the business.

    Good on you Mike.

That grey hair thing must be a result of running a successful business. My hair was dark too when I started mine............now?.............not so much.

Sheesh, 29 years owning the same business.......

Rumor has it you now have more gray hair than I do and because of it you don't look a day over 80

congrats Mike. I ran my own business for 7 years before I sold out and went to work for the steady pay check.
Wouldn't go back and change it, but also wouldn't go back and do it again :P
