Yeah, Jerry, it looks like a slick deal on the cams. My question here was more on the magazine articles, and Geezer's answer makes me wonder what other things I've missed over the years with the subscription copies? One thing that I had not realized before is the the Chevy 18436572 firing order is actually the same as Ford's 15426378 when you use a common numbering pattern for the cylinders; and that Ford figured out the balanced crank forces back when they brought out the 351, and adopted that firing order for their HO engines (they swapped 3&5 and 4&7 which actually matches the Chevy Gen III & IV LS Series firing orders). All the numbers kind of make your head spin, but when you see the pictorial of the cylinder pairs and numbering schemes it's really cool, at least to me....
