This isn't on a fire wall, but I have done some small parts on my Corvette using a scotchbrite pad and a drill press to try to mimic the engine turned effect. I first sanded it with scotchbrite to try to keep any non sanded areas. It's far from perfect.
I was also wondering what guys use to keep the aluminum from oxidizing or corroding? Spray flattened clear over it, or is there a polish that will help it from turning over time?Ryan
