Usually these type of stories get reported and commentary runs the gammut of speculation. Good that there was some actual failure analysis that at least narrows the possible causes to a few, and sets the cause firmly as a process/material one, along with being a comparatively limited issue. Since we haven't heard much about this I'd say Magnum hasn't been as agressive as they could be in getting these pulled back. Given the litigious nature of our country they're one accident away from extinction. Hope no rodder gets hurt seriously by one of these.
