My 41 Willys pickup pictures inside, tubbed rear etc...few questions

Hello all some of you have helped me a bit through my mechanical issues with this truck since I picked it up. Its been greatly appreciated and it is now all sorted out. Since I picked it up I removed the oversized 750 Holley carb that was fouling out my plugs and put on a 600 edelbrock. The ignition components were replaced, the fuel lines were all replaced with nice steel braid line, had to put in a fuel pressure regulator. Sorted out an electrical issue with the rear tail light that was burning my turn signal relay and fuse up. A few other things.....

So one issue I knew I would run into is this, finding body parts and trim pieces. It is a glass cab and front clip, the bed is all steel except for the tail panel that ive found. Im looking for a pretty specific piece here, The headlight trim surround.

    any help here is appreciated!

So on with the pictures... I am fairly young and still learning alot of things, I know enough to be dangerous. My dad loved to go to the street rod show every year here in York pa, I loved it ever since. I broke into the scene a few years back with a 23 T bucket but my dream was a 32 Ford roadster or a 41 Willys. Im very fortunate to be able to own this truck, I had been looking for some time. Here it is:
