    we have run into some problems. when we hung the hood and grill, the hood hits the radiator and generator, when in its proper position. so we have removed the radiator and are in the process of lowering it 2 and a half inches. also am modifying the latch on the underside of the hood because it is an old mod from someone else and it hits also. also now the fan hits the upper radiator hose so am now going with a smaller fan. going to move the generator farther up on the motor to clear everything. this car has fought me every step of this job but we are getting close now, hope to have all mods done and in place in a week or 2.

    If it helps any I moved my alt down low on the left side, it uses the two lower pump mount boss holes, its going to be a custom mount to clear frame/engine/inner fender panel, but it works great...this is on a `37 ford...
