    I have done many road race events, rarely in a BB. At a SAAC event, absolutely this car will be on the track. For other events, I use my BB ERA Cobra replica as it handles better than the GT500 (at least in it's current stock form).

    Yeah, most anything handles better the a BB Shelby!!! Worked on one many moons ago in Texas out at the College Station SCCA track....We eventually got it to handle ok, just wanted to hope the tech guys didn't look at things too closely!! The guy who owned in was a friend of my boss, so I got loaned out once in awhile to go work on the monster!!!!!
