Cars In The Snow
Our ambient temp was single digits this morning, so I rolled the '33 out and let it sit for an hour or so and went out to check my "choke" curve program at the cold side. Coolant 19F and it lit on the first crank, three to four seconds. Not too bad for a hot rod! Then I wondered, with the TrueTrac will it go up the driveway?? Yep, up the driveway, around the cul-de-sac, and down the road a ways I didn't brave the drop through the little valley, down & back up with a sweeping curve in the middle I think it would have been fine, but the little front tires don't provide the best turn traction Sure does good donuts in the cul-de-sac, though!!
Here's my snow picture. Others???

Nice Roger. Sounds like the mods are working great. I think we need some of the snow or rain you guy's got here! We are down 84% in rainfall for this year. So far we have had a total of 1 inch(normal would be around 18 by now!) The black paint job looks great too!" "No matter where you go, there you are!" Steve.

Hey Steve, we have heaps of rain today, our Christmas day, so I will pray to the fella upstairs to take it and drop it where it is needed, your house. Yes we are having a wet day today for all that want to cloat. I heard on the news that England and France have it bad so hope Steve and all others are safe over there. Nice photo Roger too.I maybe a little crazy but it stops me going insane.

Very nice pic Roger! I love your car, it is awesome. That's pretty cool it fired right off. This morning here was -10 or colder. Having everything diesel powered right now is kind of a PITA.Ryan

The only snow pics I have of a car are in project stage.
Here's 2 winters ago when I had to build a new engine.
This is the only pic I can find of the 40 out in the winter.

I wish I would have taken pictures of the Corvette the first winter it sat outside after it was a running driving car. It was a real bad deal. It literally was buried in snow from the front to the back of the doors. I had to dig it out in the middle of January to bring it in the shop. It took quite a while to get the snow out of places to get it running and pulled out. I decided that was the last time it was sitting outside during winter.Ryan

This is my wife & I coming home from Goodguys DelMar in 2005.
We had to pull under an overpass to clean the slush out of the interior that the passing semi's would throw in.
That was cold!!
