At long last....................
I haven't said much about it in the past couple months, but the '36 roadster is nearing completion after a long hibernation. The story is too long and disheartening to tell, but this ol' girl spent a few years in the penalty box. So after finally getting after it we're to the point that we dropped it at the upholstery shop this morning. When the threads and top get done it'll be the home stretch of final fitment of grille and hood, a little fine tuning of the Atomic fuel injection system, final alignment, and then put some miles on it (and probably/hopefully just a little debugging) before we completely lose our nice weather.Your Uncle Bob, Senior Geezer Curmudgeon
It's much easier to promise someone a "free" ride on the wagon than to urge them to pull it.
Luck occurs when preparation and opportunity converge.
You're welcome Mike, glad it worked out for you. Roger, it's taken a few years but my inventory of excess parts has shrunk a fair bit from 1 1/2 garage stalls to about an eight by eight space. ...
