There's a rerun on Velocity Channel of Unique Performance's start up of their Shelby replicas. I know that the deal fell apart in 2007 - 2008 and everyone sued everyone.

The Feds did a fraud investigation and Farmers Branch PD filed 25 felony charges. Other than many people losing big $$$ and the business being sold in bankruptcy, does anyone know the final outcome for the owners? Did anyone go to jail? I found lots of info, but nothing about the end game.
