    Chuck, you got me intrigued by this, as I have never owned one of these trans. yes the vehicle speed sensor was mounted on the rear axle. Not sure why Summit shows that adapter as fitting that trans, there is a toothed cog on the rear gear assembly. your problem now becomes how to duplicate that for the speedo sensor that you have. If you are creative, you might try to cut grooves in the outside edge of a brake drum to duplicate this and then mount the sensor on the backing plate inside the rim to read it........A little out there, but may be the cheapest way out. If not just use a Garmin GPS with the speed display.............
