How about things you do like........
.......... at car shows.
I like just about any 41 Willys. My son doesn't. I say maybe I should be buildin' a 41 Willys and he says I don't think so.
33 Willys. Jeff and I have the same discusion over these cars. He He
70-73 Camaros .... just to compare.
Cars that look better and better the closer you get to them. I appreiciate the detail and time people put into the little things.
I know it's probably going out of style, but I will always like littles up front and A.B.A.P. in the back..... and the drive train to back it up.
I like scary fast cars that idle to their spot and shut down..... Keep em' guessin'. If your fast you don't have to prove it . I look forward to the day I pull up to a light and the guy in the next lane wants to race. When the light turns green I'll just pull away and smile.......... Odd huh. I'm Old . I am easily amused. He He
I like going to ANY car event wih my Son. Shows, Swap meets, Trade shows.... We get along very well but when we go to car events we BOTH act like kids."PLAN" your life like you will live to 120.

HeHeHe!!!
Right-on Streets buddy!!!
I am partial to the older rides, 50's and back, custom or hotrod I don't care as long as they are clean. If the owner loves his car it usually shows.
My favorite part of being in the shows is to meet all the car freaks and shoot the breeze. I learn so much and my wife and I always enjoy our selves.
I like "big" tires, inside the body or outside the body(But not inbetween). I am old school and I love big meats.
'32 high boys and '23 T's are my absolute dream cars, my next project after my '48 is going to be one of those. Probably a T.
I love being there at the beginning and the end the most becuase I love to hear the cars run the best!!

The first car show of the spring is the best, ya get to check and see how many of yer geezer buddies lived through the winter!! If you're not at the first one then we assume you died!!
I like any car that shows attention to detail and the fit and finish is in the good to excellent range. My personal preference is any quality built car that doesn't look like everyone else's. I have a lot more interest in a car that reflects the builders taste rather than having all the same goodies and trinkets as 50% of the other cars there.Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, Live for Today!

I like old fords any year before 57. Old chevys 65 and older.
I like large tires on the rear, bigger the better.
I like large engines that are putting out alot of torque.
I like car shows that have a nice warm sunny day, not rain.
I like loud pipes, open headers, and glasspack mufflers.
I like a show that has alot of vendors, that have alot of old
goodies to show.
I like driving to shows and meeting others who are coming in
from other cities who pull over and shoot the sh--! with you.Keep smiling, it only hurts when you think it does!

I like it when I pull in to the show and sit there while they tell me where I am gonna park it and the T-Pail is just a shakin' too and fro at the 800 rpm idle rattlin' yer eye teeth.. and the guy says to "Light um up" which I nevah do because there are too many stupid people walkin' by that don't know 'nuff to get outta the way.. and the guy sayin' light um up is standing right next to the body and doesn't realize that the back tire is gonna "Steamroller" right over him when I move... Hehehe
Big & Littles meaning Skinny front tires (155Rx13x3" wide & 33.50Rx17x24" wide rears) Car's with Twin pipes & Columbia Bucks, Lakes pipes on a '50's Merc and teardrops that actually work... Twin whip's w/coontails & flamethrowers inside the bellows exhaust tips.. Slotted Aluminum polished rims, 16" wide Chromed steel "Twisted" spoke rims... Poor man's "Flip-Flop"... Mood lights 'neath the car... People that drive to the show with open headers and real M&H racemaster slicks on their rides... (Beenderdundat) hehehe
Dingleberries on a '63 Rican Lo-rider, & the bobbin' dog in the rear window, Nerf bars, real chrome bumperz, Zoomies, Straight and dropped front axels, Thames trucks, Anglia's, Hemi powered Austin's, '39-'41 Willys period "gasser class" cars, '64 Thunderbolts w/427 SOHC's, '33 &'34 Ford 3-5 window coupes, sedans, and delivery's, and '48 Chevy Panel trucks, '53 Ford pickup's, and almost ANY antique car that has been restored to original like my old '16 Centerdoor Ford..
I also love to see them "Ricer's" that are sittin' alongside the highway comin' or goin' to the show with their hood up, steam pourin' out, and jumper cables in hand w/facial expression of "Please??"...

I typically like the cruise night before or after a show...I'd much rather see the cars (& trucks) in motion, and be able to hear & feel the engines rumble!
I love cruisin' when all the other cars from the show are out, I feel like I've stepped back in time, and I'm just waitin' for John Milner in his yellow coupe to come by (sigh)...
