I'm really back now. What happened, I had just got my drivers permit and my mom was going to let me drive to my grandparents to get the rockers in, I got in, ajusted my seat and pulled out with my mom in the passanger seat using compleat caution, there was a car coming and my mom diddn't trust me,because she grabbed the wheel and I kep't telling her " I got it" she diddn't listen and , I grabbed the wheel and went to pull over ( I was very frustrated with her ) but she held the wheel solid and said " Ok, stop the car, your done ", this started it all. I was grounded from the web and driving for 2 weeks but, I'm back and my rockers and most of the bodywork is done.

Another lesson is parents make the worst driving instructors. Glad you're back. Drive like a wuss when Mom's in the car. At least till you get your lisence.

Hey Matt, as a rule parents are pretty bad instructors. Even after I got my license I could never drive cautious enough for my mom, and I took a lot of crap for not double clutching and actually obeying the speed limit from my dad(the man thought synchro trannys were a passing fad).

Of course I got back at 'em by always bringing home projects and driving rigs that looked like junk yard refugees. LOL

Just dont take what they say to heart, im sure they mean well, just a bit shortsighted.
