Actually Dave, I was thinking that a window like in the early Mustangs would look good in that sail panel. Hank

DAVE.... Great find outside your garage . Allways thought the interior in those years where the sharpest designed. Remember riding in one when i was 15 .

So what are your plans ?? Looks like the engine compartment is still full of iron . Interior is still all intact .

Yup, everything is there....It's not mine yet, but I guess if I want it it is... Plans are to leave it beside the garage for awhile!!!!!

Many moons ago, I was about 80% done with a '65 then some fella decided he wanted it more then I did, so I sold it. This one would be done similar...windshield laid back, bit of a chop, lots of engine, and a 5 speed....and yeah, that gorgeous stock interior would stay as is, just some refrubishing!!!! I do have a big pile of CJ parts, a tri-power, lots of other old speed goodies that I've been saving for just the right car.....this could be it....I've always regretted selling the '65 before it was finished.....

Just a plain old Toploader, isn't it???? I don't have any around currently, might now where there are a few..... Most of my FE stuff is either Fairlane or Mustang, though. All the CJ parts were pirated from various Mustangs over the years, other then the Tri-Power, it started life on a Galaxie.... Think I would actually prefer the dual quads.... They are getting really hard to find.

I also need a new 4brl carb it still has the orig intake but that they also put on a 2 brl system . Thinking it will save gas i guess .
