Well, a bit of progress today.... Lots of cleaning and sanding in the engine compartment of the 'maro. Battery tray was junk so I cut out both sides and replaced them with new sheet metal and removed the mount for the idler arm, still have to weld a piece in that hole then a bit more sanding and get everything in primer.
On Tom's coupe, got the driver's side door jam repaired, smoothed, and filled. Took off some of the pieces around the windshield opening so I can get the channels cleaned out, blasted, and treated with POR 15. Should have the cowl in primer tomorrow, then some dingin' and pingin' on the cab corners....Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, Live for Today!

I hope to see it soon pro, but nothing is downloading on my old cpu for some reason. Loads about half the page and then it's just sits there. No weather break at all here yet."Sunshine, a street rod and a winding beautiful Ozarks road is truely Bliss!"

Congrats Pro save the quarters they like the shiney coins when there young . When they get older they like the green one's .
Dave still see some Talla style there but a hint of 69 also at a angle to the front view. Front is looking good though . Still following the changes your making in it's design . That car is going to look good back on its wheels soon .

Well, it's a weekend again.... What's up with you guys??? Hope to get Tom's coupe a bit closer to primer.... Got the cowl ready, working on the back corners and the area around the trunk opening... Cars do seem to take a bit of a beating after 80 years!!!!
Also going to spend a bit of time on the front end sheetmetal for the 'maro...Starting to look like what I wanted now, just a lot more work to do to get it right.
What you guys got planned for the weekend, any shows or swap meets going on?????Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, Live for Today!

To be sure there are still numerous smaller parts of the car that need to find new homes, so I'll be photoing and prepping those to be advertised further. The better news is the rolling chassis now has it's own stall, mostly, and the hot rod account has an improved pile of Franklins.Your Uncle Bob, Senior Geezer Curmudgeon
