Boy o boy - do I ever feel left out. All I got was a note on my new catalog that if I bought $125 worth of new treasures they would take $20 off. Humfff!! That wasn't much of an incentive - and I too filled in their web survey !!!

I even got a new 422 page Summit cat yesterday - unfortunately ~150 pages of their best goodies are missing.

Whatever - congrats Dave S, I'm sure you need those parts. And more.

    Bye, rat truk

The shipping company picked it up today and it's heading for New Jersey. Sold it to a really nice young guy named Shane who just got back from Iraq after getting his arm amputated from being shot. "All I need is one arm to keep building cars, dude," he says. Thank you for your service, Shane. Because of guys like you, we can all have the freedom to keep building cars.

I'm glad to hear he made it home alive. It's sad to hear about what young kids are going through right now. I'm glad your truck is inspiring him on! Dave Congrats! 20 bucks is 20 bucks!

Well vacation is nice spending some time in garage in morns and keeping momma company later in day . Did get in pool a bit yesterday fell asleep for a short and now the front of me is tomato (LOL) t shirt feels like 50 grit .

Well been routing and connecting a bit under car fuel line in and brakes will be complete today . They shipped wrong clips and had to wait on right ones. Picked tank up yesterday after boiling and its cleaner put in new sending unit and put tank back in car .

Shame getting it going after all these years and then putting it on the block , i will have get it around subdivision a few times i think

Got the paint on the Pickup box now...and on to the dreades cut and buff... Garage is to small and too full to get any pics but I'll get some this weekend.... Waiting for the rest of the exhaust tubing to come in, then it's time to fire it up, finish the interior, and install the final option-----the FOR SALE sign!!!!

The truck will be sharp like the body and interior mods you've done . That year and the work will move out fast . I had a 70 with the Explorer package on it .

Dave with your talent would like my 67 fastback there for a year or 2 and put the E car to shame . I know you could do that with one eye closed and a arm in a sling .
