Thats cool Pro60!! Grandkids can be the greatest!!
My headers are on and my fuel line is in! New Camaro steering column is in and new knuckles hooked up making the rack and pinion steering work for the first time!! Very cool!! I have almost got all the gauges mounted and the dash will be ready for paint and going back in. Everything is looking up!"Sunshine, a street rod and a winding beautiful Ozarks road is truely Bliss!"

Everything is on and the motor runs great!!! I have to say it was very cool to hear it run!
Now all that has to be done is to mount the front end back on her and finish the body work. Man, it is so cool to be getting her on her feet. I have alot of great friends in our local club, including some of the guys from here at CHR, I owe alot too."Sunshine, a street rod and a winding beautiful Ozarks road is truely Bliss!"

the Merc
A little more progress on the Merc. Doors are hung and latched, trunk and hinges installed, front end fiberglass installed, a few other small things. Brakes and steering is all connected, too. Should have the whole thing in primer soon. As soon as the motor moves the car down the road it is going up for sale, need some major bucks to throw at the Ranchero !!!!Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, Live for Today!

It should be ok once it is cleaned up and polished, going to polish it and the tanks on the radiator just for kicks. Haven't decided if I like the top bracket or not, will have to see what it looks like once it is polished.Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, Live for Today!

well, im new here and i was just gonna let yall know what projects im working on right now. my main priority is the '70 dodge coronet wagon. the woman that had it before me bought it brand new in 1969 when she was 70, lol. she drove it from the dealership, straight to a body shop to have it painted.....brown, lol. oh well...it was originally white. it has a 318 with a 2 barrel. its the slowest car i have ever owned. so far, i've lowered it 3 inches in the back and about 4 in the front. added the wide white walls and disc caps. did a quick tune up on it and fixed the brakes.
after i get done with that, its on to the corvette. im building a 350 for it. steel crank, forged flat tops, std. bore. nitrous/blower cam, 2.02 heads with 76 cc chambers that have been fully ported. screw-in studs, roller rockers, erson gear drive. its getting a victor jr. intake with a modifyed 750 holley. im buyin a P-1SC procharger for it. hopefully gonna be running 15 lbs. of boost. gonna try for more boost....i'll see exactly how much it can take and still run on 93. also, while its down im stripping it down to the bare 'glass and redoing it. it has imron paint on it....its been on there for close to 19 years.
im taking the motor thats in the vette right now (327 w/ B&M blower) and putting it into a '34 ford 5 window coupe. its chopped 5 inches and channeled 6 inches. i'll probly be putting a 4 speed in it. but that's quite a ways off. sorry for the super long post but i thought i'd fill everyone in on my stuff

finally it seems like somthing's happening. mostly done with the frame now, sandblasted, rusted out sections replaced, and boxed. it has a TCI Mustang II IFS and an 00' Ranger rearend with 3.73 posi and the leafs and rear shocks and mounts are also off the ranger. fuel tank is out of a 76 chevy van. now i think i'll start putting together the 348, got most of it back the other day and i'm kinda nervous about getting the pistons in that goofy sucker without breaking a ring .Seth
