hey there. I`m currently still working on chopping the top on the 50 merc, it`s my first chop ever, so i`m taking my time on it, plus it`s a four door , and the previous owner welded the rear doors shut, so i`m having trouble making the rear windows look ok. Then i get to put the stearing back together, was`nt safe enough for my liking. Hopefully i`ll be able to drive it soon

Dave, your going to mess around and finish the ranchero if your not careful! Looking good.

Got any pic's of the merc hotroddaddy?

I love the roadster pickup northcarolinada, and the color too. It's great to see it going down the road, that is such a rush.

I'm heading out now to put a new cooling fan on my car, I'm still fighting overheating in traffic. I hope that this does the trick, part of the problem I am afraid is that I may have set the engine too low in the car.

Brakes are always a good thing northcarolinada, I am still nervous driving my car but I think it is going to be alright. I have almost 400 miles on her and she hasn't copped an additude yet.

I got the new cooling fan installed today and working good. I will test it tomorrow and see if I gained any. I scored a set of tinted windshield glass for her today too, looking forward to a new windshield, I'm still running the original '48 glass in her.

You and me both Dave. If everything does what it's supposed to, it should be at the bottom of the 7's on the motor. What it will do with both stages added to it........ unknown.

We have had a mole problems for years. My neighbor and I have tried everything. I just about had it ......... so........ I'm goin' after 'em.....

What I was really doin' is hookin' the sump pump and rain gutters to the storm drain. Had to try out the track loader backhoe attachment. It Works.....
