Then a second coat of sealer. Came out almost like chrome. Guy says the stuff holds up for 4 months on semi's. Said I should be good if I apply it once a season. This stuff is great, if it lasts as long as he says. The sealer/polish contains a resin that's supose to seal the surface. It was a wax on wax off process, harrdly any rubbing @ all."PLAN" your life like you will live to 120.

Last thread, that I know of, that made it that far got closed.....thankfully. I don't think we'll have to worry about this one going that way though.Sometimes NOW are the "good old days"...

so far so good
the griffin is effecient for its size
although the warmest day I've driven it on was 80
the combined 10feet of 2" stainless tubing under the truck
also dissipates heat not to mention the extra volume of water
the fan is rated at 3000CFM and i suspect its crucial
good thing I live close to work

Now that stuff looks awesome ProZ, it was worth what ever you paid for it. Beautiful, whats it called again?
Nice work on the ranchero Dave, starting to look like a bad boy now. The hood is going to look cool.
I see a truck now rusted 40 instead of just a star! HeHe! Very well done with alot of motor alright. a great looking engine with what, Twin Turbo's? Damn!! I hope that you can cure the heating problems, it sucks to have to fight overheating. I don't know if I have cured mine yet or not, I haven't gotten to drive it very much because of the weather."Sunshine, a street rod and a winding beautiful Ozarks road is truely Bliss!"

Could you share a photo of the bit? I'm curious as to the amount of deflection on such a long tool. Small, steady cuts? That and cleanup - LOL..
