Head lights?
I have always wondered if people do this.... I don't remember the name of the lights that pop up when you turn them on like they have on vettes and things like that but has anyone used them on old cars like 30's-60's and ones with fenders on the front and back sides? I thought that would be kind of cool if they can be the shape of the fenders and have a smooth look and then pop up when needed, and most of all it would be different. Any pics on this or oppinions?www.streamlineautocare.com

Seems to me that some Cord models had hidden headlights
PatOf course, that's just my opinion, I could be wrong!

I saw a '34 in the World of Wheels in Omaha that had the headlights pop out of the hood side panels. It was a show-only ride by some guy out of California (who'd a' guessed that one?)
It would probably work with some of the fat-fendered rides, but everyone wants them so low these days that tire clearance is a problem.

That's true.... What about having something like a 37 chevy or something like in Henry Rifles ride there and have the in the side of the hood or front end there and pop out? I don't know, like streets said, I was bored and just thinking of some ideas to make a hot rod look all nice and clean and everything like handles and lights tucked away etc.www.streamlineautocare.com

Ok gang. It's been awhile. With everything that was going on taking care of my mom's affairs and making a few needed mods to the Healey, it was June before anything really got rolling on this...
