I rolled my Go kart today
I was driving down the road and took a curve too fast and I rolled it over on my arm and got banged up a little but didn't break anything, just got some road rash on my arm and leg. at least I now know the limits of the center of gravity for it, I'v had it on 2 wheels b4 but never had it go over. It's fun when it's on 2 wheels like in the movies ( I can do that but have to put it back down quickly or it would go over cause I can't hold it up ) but It ain't fun when it does go over.
It was the first time I had it out this season too.You don't know what you've got til it's gone

Hey Matt,
You take it a little easier there so we can have ya around for a while longer.
Ok...now either slow down (right), or widen your wheel base. Get some wider low profile tires if you can, and see if that helps.
Move the center of gravity down as far as you can go.
Use some Aloe on the rasberries- bonehead. LOLJim

i dont see it worth you while or any money destroying that cart to try and change the frame or axle heights....just strap in tight(maybe get arm restraints) and wear a helmet...cause if ya push it to the limit, its gonna flip again....you could always consider it a learnin curve for dirt track racin.....Last edited by Matt167; 09-02-2004 at 10:31 AM.

Matt!..do you sniff glue?....don't even think of "ziptyeing" any part of your body to that cart..unless the idea of self amputation turns you on ...the arm restraits are to be attached to your lap or shoulder belts to limit how far your arms will fly with in the cage..you could probly get safty nets from a sprint car supplier that would fit the cage on your cart ..and then you can throw yourself all over the place and come out with all body parts intact.................You don't know what you've got til it's gone
