Ok,

I have gotten to the point where I have her convinced that a 2nd play car would be fun to build. Her only point is, we have 2 small girls that love to ride with dad. And she wants to have something we all 4 can ride in to local cruises, etc. My likes are in the T bucket, or 34 3 window variety just to give you some back ground of my likes.. I am going to put it together, so it will need to be in kit form as I am a newbie with complete builds. Does anyone have a 4 seater convertible kit of some type. I saw a touring car once. Is there an after market kit for something similar? We also concerned about safety, so that is a consideration.. I really don't want a tudor sedan. And I like earlier vintage styles (earlier than the 40"s). Any suggestions would be great. Any pics would be wonderful. Thanks for the help.

that is pretty much what I am looking for...does anyone make something in a kit similar to this? I am hoping something like this would not all be custom...

techinspector1 I like that T pickup the bed needs to be a little longer though for me to transplant my 429 cj .Ow sorry didn,t mean to stray from the thread just got a littl excited when I seen that T truck

I believe several companies make a fiberglass '32 Victoria that looks already chopped and is more attractive than a Tudor. I noticed a new Cooper Mini recently that had my idea of a full length sunroof. A Vickie with a green plastic sunroof would have an open car feel and a nice back seat for the girls. I have two girls (and a boy) and I am amazed that the girls do not like to ride in my '98 Sunfire Convert because "it will mess up their hair", although my wife does not mind. Thus a closed car may be better for maintaining hairdoos of young ladies? Some people think a Vickie is "top of the line", but the price for the body is higher because there is more material involved.

For me my "family" car I will be doing it a mid 20's touring car. This is a 4 door with suicide rear doors. I found 2 bodies on our old farmstead. Little rust on them which need replacement steel, but worth it to me and cheap to build.
