pro street tires
Hi , I am looking to get either 12.5 - 15-29 or 15.5- 15 -29 to replace the M.T. 15.5 that I have on my 1934 chevy coupe. The M.T.'s ride way to harsh and I am told the Hoosiers have a much better ride. Which tire would give me a softer ride 12.5 or 15.5? Car is used just for cruising and looks. I have 11 in. rims Thanks Jim

The MT's are bias-belt, and the Hoosiers are radials. In general, radials ride better. However, you need to have radials on both ends of the car. Don't mix bias and radial.
Stranege, though. I've had MTs on several cars, and never had a problem with harsh ride. How much air pressure are you running?

Running 15 lbs. Suspension posies paralel leaf.
