    Remember SQUARE headlights on StreetRods ?
    When I see the Mercedes type lights on streetrods I think of square headlights . . . . .

    Do you mean square as in the shape? What about those YELLOW lights? My pops said when he was my age those were big back then and lots of people had em on their old cars.

    Actually I put rrectangular headlights in it in the mid 70's when they first came out. It was a novelty thing I guess. Somethin' different @ the time.

    Hey, dont pic on square headlights! Eagle has 4, so did the Olds. Ok, so maybe their factory, but combined with a 110 Amp alternator, Xtra vision low beams and Silverstar high beams, I could see the deer almost before they saw me. What i dont understand is why people put Flush headlights in street rods? In some they look kind of cool, but on a lot of them they look Ugly and they have a tendancy to fog over due to poor seals. Can anyone explain this?

    Hey Pro, I never did go with the rectangular headlights, but I still have long hair. I'm not going back to the '60's, just never left !!!!

    thank god the 70s are gone . i cannot remember any fad that was good in the 70s . tires outside fenders , gone . candy stripes , gone . t buckets , well---- almost gone .lol

    Hey Kenny, couple guys here are really gonna pound ya on the t bucket deal. Tee Hee Hee !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But, your forgot the really big fad in the 70's, vans with shag carpet on the floors, walls, and ceilings. Maybe the van guys moved up to buckets?????

    i think you are correct , but where did they all go ? i know of one t-bucket here in a local town turned in to a food bar ! they took the interrior out , presto food bar . i know you t-bucket fans will try to visit it on vacation , tims pizza , 412 west ,springdale, arkansas
