Aluminum Cobra
We have two cobra projects that can not be registered here in norway.

There is always another way to everything. I am not an expert on your laws so this is just a few thoughts to maybe help. If your intent is to keep cars but can not because or registration how about these ideas.
Many states Az being one licences cars from the MSO from builder so you could send/ship to any state with allowable regs and register in that state. You do not have to be a resident of state just be willing to pay tax to get title. Yes you have shipping but you said your cost and resale was a large delta so even the extra cost would be worth it. Shipping time on the cheaper route would eat some of the time but you have to wait a little time before converting title, it just gives you build time. You can reg. cars in NON completed status and reduce cost anyways for a title only status. You are taxed on build to date price. There is nothing illegal nor would I suggest that just trying to help.Jeff C.
