1948 Chevy 3 window for sale or trade
I am looking for a 1932-1948 two door car with a back seat for my two children. The wife also wants a 1964-1966 mustang convertable. My truck is valued at about $14,000.00 . The truck is a 1948 three-window with a camaro front clip with a 350-crate motor with about 1000 miles on it. The tranny is a 700R4 with 308 gears in a rear end from a 1970 chevell locking rear end. The tires are same mileage as motor with new rims. The truck has a brand new AC/heater with a hand made griffin aluminum radiator value at $600.00. The carb is an eddelbrock 600cfm and new intake. The motor has a serpentine belt set up with power steering. Everything under the hood is new with 1000 miles except for the crab. The battery is brand new and located under the bed along with the new fuel tank from a 1998 Jeep Cherokee. The exhaust is duel exhaust with headers and dynomax mufflers. The truck sounds GREAT! The suspension is also brand new with air shocks in the rear for pitch adjustment. The truck is lowered and the front bumper is aprox 6 inches off the ground. You can go over speed bumps with no worries. The truck has power windows and a two-piece windshield with the post cut out. I also have an extra one-piece windshield that hasn’t been installed that will go with it. The interior has bucket seats from a 1989 firebird along with a console from the same car. The dash has VDO gauges and a small tack on the steering column. The stereo is a single CD player with AM/FM and separate bass and treb control. The stereo has a large amp and a 10-inch sub woofer along with 4 speakers. The doors are shaved and have a remote door popper with bear claw latches. The bed has a hard tanue cover and lights in the bedroll. This is a very nice and DEPENDABLE vehicle that is driven every day by my Wife to and from work and around town. What it could use: it could use a paint job and has NO rust and could use a professional interior as I am not very good at interior work but it does the job for now. You can e-mail me at k9hotrod@comcast.net with any questions and requests for more pictures. I can not seem to resize pictures so they will fit properly for the web. I am in Northern California between Sacramento and San Francisco.
