I am posting this ad for an elderly friend of mine that can't seem to part with his 20+ year project....

It's a 1949 Dodge Wayfarer in pieces, been sitting in a garage for 20+ years

All parts are there and some have been restored, also looks like there are a lot of extras as well.

It has a push button tranny and a never run rebuilt motor, hood has been louvered?

There's a lot stuff there but I have no clue what it is -

The car has gotto go - haul it away FREE - only condition is you take ALL of it

I will post pix if there is any interest, this car is not junk and would make a decent hot rod project (but what do I know, I restore German cars)

Just kidding obviously. I know where there is a nice 52 coronet for sale, too bad I am not closer, between the two cars I think I could make one nice one!

My friend Tim is a retired police officer and has lots of time.

If anyone wants to talk to Tim directly just let me know - just don't let him get all sentinmental and talk himself outta getting rid of it.

IT'S GOTTA GO - it hasn't been touched in 20+ years - and Tim's not getting any younger or any more motivated
