1958 Ford Ranchero NICE!!
Well, it has come to this ... I am selling my '58 Ranchero. I am sad to see it go but I currently dont have the time to put into it that I would like. I have too many cars and not enough room.
Specs:
1958 Ford Ranchero
352 FE v8 Interceptor
4 barrel Edelbrock carb (new)
3 speed manual transmission (3 on the tree)
New Danman WWW bias ply tires
Fairly new reupholstered bench seat out of a '57
Gas tank was boiled, pressure tested, lined, and painted
New fuel pump
Newly rebuilt steering box. (nice and tight)
This car runs like a champ. It has old glass packs on it that are worked in and sound great. It has floor boards but could use new ones and a Very little bit of body work. Nothing major just re-aligning some of the body paneling and passenger door striker plate. A TINY bit of rust on the rockers and lower tailgate. Again, nothing major.
This would be a GREAT project to chop, bag, and do a bit of custom work to. Or just button it up, paint your logo on the side and make it your shop truck. Its all there. Straight as an arrow.
I live in Los Angeles (Echo Park)
Asking: $5000 OBO (dont be shy... make me an offer. All resonable offers considered)Last edited by Vino; 07-04-2006 at 06:18 PM.

Man, Vino, I wish you weren't all the way out there in Cali, I'd make an offer of my 55 F100 without motor, carbs, flywheel, clutch, bellhousing etc in trade and buy that. I love the 57 and 58 Ford vehicles and that Ranchero looks to be a great buy. Maybe I should have my son,Ted, come up from San Diego and take a look. Course I'd have to sell the Effee here to get the money to buy it. Would it make it from LA to Iowa?Last edited by Oldf100fordman; 07-04-2006 at 09:30 PM.
