If this isn't a cut up wagon, it is a flower car for funerals, I bet. Probably why it is so rusty. I bought a Ford Wagon one time that was a funeral home flower car, and it was rusted all through the rear. Evidently the leaking wet flowers rust them back there.

it may be a flower car, but all of the ones that i have seen have the bed raised up past the top of the quarters but ive never seen a '57 chev flower car so it could be.i just checked it out on ebay under 1957 el camino, its was going for about 1500 with a buy it now of 4000MIKE
