27 T coupe
First built about 1960. Stored since about 80. Mostly unrestored but very drivable as is All steel no rust coupe has been channeled 4" and chopped 6". Am presently raising the windshield header for better forward visibility. 232 Studebaker sports latham blower with 4 Carter yh sidedraft carbs and a fabricated manifold, offy valve covers and valley cover. Adapters fitted to run chev sprint headers. Straight suicide front mounts 16" wires and disc brakes. 54 Olds rear has American 16"x 10" 5 spokes and Old MH piecrusts, Aldan shocks and a panhard bar. Cad rear discs have functioning park brake. Brakes and lines all new and recently installed. Hurst barrel knob shifted Studebaker 3 spd with overdrive trans. OD not hooked up but does work if it was. Frame is boxed old frame of unknown make that has been z'd both ends. T rear spring and aftermarket front. Interior finished with black fuzzy as was the rage at that time . Has sun roof that was installed in the 70s. Was in (horrors) Ol Skool Rods #17 on page 65. Was told by someone familiar with the car that it was featured in one of the old hotrod mags of the 60s. Anybody seen this I would like to see it also.
