1962 Canadian Pontiac Parisienne Convertible For Sale.
Red, black conv top and black bench interior.
I have owned this car for 16 years.
It was restored by me in 1990.
It is mostly original equipment, except it has a 350 instead of a 283
and a T350 instead of a Powerglide. Canadian Pontiacs came with Chevy
frames and running gear, so it has the "X" frame like a 62 Chevy.
In 15 years of driving, I have put about 30,000 miles on it. It has
just turned over 100k last summer.
The car has always been garaged by me, so the top is in very good shape
, although it has shrunk a little on the sides above the windows.
The plastic rear window faded out over the years, so I made a Lexan
piece, that snaps into place. You remove it beore putting the top down.
It burns no oil, tranny is good.
The front end was totally rebuilt about 5 years ago, with new bushings
in the "A" arms, new front springs etc.
Paint is 15 years old, still looks good, but there are a few spots along
the bottom that could use a bit of work....Rockers etc....see pic
I also have brackets from Scarebird.com so it can be converted to front disks.
I have a lot of spare parts that go with the car, hood, cowl panel,
original radio, spare side glass, tie rods, original generator etc.
Sold as is, as it needs a bit of exhaust work.
I am in the Toronto Canada area.
$10,000 or B.O. with stock wheels and caps.
$11,000 with American 200S wheels
