1965 Ford F100 flareside - $2,950
I'm selling my 1965 Ford F100 short bed flareside (stepside) pickup. I bought this a few months ago to use for a specific job I was going to get and then I didn't get the job. The truck was last licensed in 1993 and was in an indoor storage for that time. The truck is very straight, only rust is on bottom of front of rear fenders. The engine is a 1981 Ford 300 c.i. inline six with Clifford performance intake manifold, headers, and valve cover. The trans is a T18 4 speed granny floor shift and the rearend is a 9". The engine has a new edelbrock 4 barrel carb and electronic ignition. It runs very strong. I used the truck to tow my '40' Ford the other day with no problem. The truck has new tires, windshield rubber, heater core, ignition switch, brake cylinders (and hoses), and exhaust system. The paint is pretty rough and the seat needs to be reupholstered. Bed wood needs to be replaced or covered with a sheet of plywood. I'm selling it for $2,950 or best offer. I'm located in the high desert of southern California, about one hour north of Los Angeles. Mechanically this truck is very sound, just not too pretty. DSC00274.jpg
