New '56 Chevy Wagon Frame off Restoration
1956 Chevrolet Delray 210 Station Wagon
This is a full “frame off” professional restoration of a rust free, straight, California car using absolutely no bondo “unlike the cars built just to be auctioned to suckers on TV!”. I’m only selling the car because of health problems. Approximately1000 miles since restoration. Every part from bumper to bumper was restored or replaced. Listed below are a few of the modifications and upgrades:
• 350 CID/360 H.P. professionally built, high performance, engine including “new” high quality aluminum heads, Edelbrock Performer Manifold & Edelbrock 600 Carb., The valve train is Competition Cams High Lift Cam #XE262H-1 with matching high output lifters and aluminum roller rockers. The transmission is a 700R4 automatic with overdrive and a separate electric cooling fan system.
• American Racing Torque Thrust II 17” wheels, Flow Master exhaust system, aluminum radiator and electric fan, Bilstein shocks, 13” four piston front power disc brakes, modern CPP 500 steering box, tubular A-Arms, sway bar, original radio, plus Secret Audio radio/10 CD player/speakers (not installed), all new glass, adjustable steering wheel,
$48,000. Firm.
