1959 Chevy to trade.
1959 Bel Air. Brand new rebuilt 348 Chevy BB engine. All Rebuilt Tripower.
All engine work done at Burtonsville machine. 0 hours on new rebuild engine. 9.5 compression.
This project is just coming together. Th350 Trans. 3.36 GM rear.
Needs minor cosmetic work. Good driver. Originally a inline 2 speed.
New Power Brakes. New Booster and MC. Nice interior.
The engine has 1963 409 Heads. I have the original 348 heads here for it. 4bbl carb and manifold also.
Car is not 100% at this point..so it does not drive...yet
You will need a exhaust system, (the 2.5 HO 409 manifolds are on the engine),
Radiator and trans linkage, drivers window (there but cracked).
I dont need to sell, I dont want to sell, but a job oppurtunity has come up and I wont be able to finish till summer. (maybe). I hate a stalled project. I wanna do this before the snow comes.
I will trade her for a running nice, PRE WAR Street Rod or Hot rod....I Actually prefer a trade!!!!! No trucks or bikes or P/U or T buckets, I like them, I just dont fit in them. I love Pontiacs & Wagons & Sedan deliverys, convertibles, but open to all.
If a trade is what you want, please email a pic of what you have. Can go cash up and down. rustyavh@yahoo.com
I have all reciepts/documents/extra parts
The reason the trans is not in yet, as I am still thinking about a 700R instead. I can negotiate the price if you want to use your own trans. I will install the th350 and convertor for you.
The wheels are brand new Centerlines, and tires are all also new, they have about 600 ft on them, close to 2 grand in them alone.
