a friend who owns a boneyard just dragged in a 57 buick 4door hardtop body sitting on a late model frame. all the sheet metal is there but the hood (note--its there, i found it) & the body & doors look pretty damn good, hell i didnt see any rust holes or dents in the thing. i believe the bumpers were inside the car also. if anyone is interested i'm going back today & see what he wants for it, cause i would sure hate to see an old piece of iron turned into a toyota bumper....joe



this is what i have found out, it suppose to be a one owner calif car & from what i could tell it was just about RUST hole FREE, yes the was some surface rust but i didnt see any holes. folks its about 90-95% complete, about the only thing i didnt see was the front & rear windshields & door panels. the parts FILLED the trunk & the inside of the car & the trunk was there. I'm going back out in the morning to get a much better look & take some pictures since he was closing. along w/hopefully i can get him to remove it from the yard so no one messes w/it..... and here's the best part he only wants $500 for it & hell i wont even charge a finders fee since i'm such a nice guy (i didn't say that). the car is in Cahokia, IL which is near St Louis, Mo. so if ya want some more info I'll know more in the AM & hopefully i'll have some pics to show also
