Well, she would have been a nice ride for me, but I couldn't afford the gas to drive her. I need to get rid of my Mercedes. She is a 1974 450 SEL. A VERY smooth white body. Interior needs a LOT of TLC.... more like a donor car. Car has something like 81,000 miles on it.... I have been working on getting it in good shape, and compared to what it was when I bought it, it is really nice. It has a 4.5L Gas V8, 8 point direct fuel injected. 3 speed auto. Pre cat. The motor easily turns over, and was running when it was parked six years ago. I bought it and have been fixing it up, but ran out of time and money. Still a very good car. Would make a great restoration project. It is one of the Panzerwagen vintage, and my friend's 400 SL was rearended at 30 or 35 MPH without a scratch, but the other car was totalled. This one has all the trim, hubcaps, new tires, all. I kept dropping money and way too much time on it. I need to sell it to get enough money to pay off my other car and move out to North Carolina.
