heres a complete descriptiion....decent interior, runs but as it is a 40 year old car needs rebuilding....asking 800 dollars. 62 Parisienne Safari, 283 2 barrel, cast iron powerglide. Carb has been rebuilt. Runs, but as any old car its gonna need rebuilt, as it smokes. Its got new brakes in it that have only gone around the block once.. its not a 9-passenger car, but its got 2 nice features...factory dual exhaust and a remote mirror. All glass except the windshield is good. Interior is nice for its age, only i think 2 tears in the whole thing. Now for the BAD subject...RUST..Its gonna need quarter panels and a massive tailgate work or probably replacement. Ive just patched it up with metal and rivets so it doesnt look as holy, lol. Well, the pics should speak for themselves I guess...I'll see if I can find some interior and engine shots. As for price, I'd be looking for maybe 800? Im not good at pricing things, but I paid 500 and put new brakes and a carb kit in it, plus the odd little part. Besides, theres not many of these things around anymore. Ive only seen one other. . The hood and fenders have been spray bombed as I sanded down the surface rust and figured the paint may prevent further rust. It looks ugly but its not rusting away any more! LOL.
It looks pretty bad but its not, I dont think. I wouldnt have bought it if i didnt think it wasnt a good car to fix up, but now I'm looking for an old pontiac 2-dr hdtp so thats why Im selling it. Its also got a few new hoses and things...its a project car...when I bought it the doors didnt open, it barely ran, windows didnt work good, heater didnt work...lots of small things have been done...
also the tailgate is gutted, but all the pieces are there and it works...we gutted it to patch up the tailgate last year.
Will....i'll try tp post pics in a minute..
