Battery in trunk, Turbo 400 Automatic with a B&M floor shifter

Yes the body is very strait
I believe the front seat is out of a Impala
I was told that a frame off was completed four years ago. Have taken it to a resto shop & they believe a frame off was completed but not a 100% sure.
Yes, I'll consider a lower price in the upper teens. Let me know what you have in mind.
