    392 question

Could give me help right quick. A chef that works with my dad said he had a 392 HEMI that runs, but is disassembled. He wants to get rid of it for $500, sound good? If ya need more information, let me know and I'll ask him. I don't know much of anything about Mopars. Thanks guys.

    a) See how complete it is.

    b) Buy it before I grab it up.

I would fork over the money so fast it would make his head spin.

    Don

Even if it is not a 392, Hemi's are getting very popular. Not cheap to build, but awesome when you do.

Damn Mike, I tried searching but the function won't accept "392" and HEMI turns up 478 results of what looked to be pretty useless after the 100th or so. Sorry I didn't find it, but thanks for posting the threads, I'll read up on them.

Don, from what the cpo told my dad, it is 100% complete, everything needed to run it is there, but it is just in pieces in need of assembly. I think maybe he was going to build it and abandoned the project, which is why it is in pieces. Ill have my dad ask him again, and we will definately check it out before laying down the mulah.

LOL, you're a cool dude Pat.

As long as it's not an M/I engine, you'd be a fool not to grab it at that price!
