dodge 360 piston skirt clearance
When I checked the piston clearance It said i had .011 of claerance I checked this on tdc on the top part of the piston using feeler gauge. Is that the right way to do this? If it is, I think I have way to much clearance.

no, you have to get the feeler gauge down past the rings, 90 degrees from the axis of the wrist pin.PLANET EARTH, INSANE ASYLUM FOR THE UNIVERSE.

When I checked it at the skirt it said I had .002 clearance. Is that to much?

it would have to do with the pistons are cast hyper or forged if cast they are fine i put new cast pistons in at 001.5 on a new bore for stock use and run them bigger if run hard and hot so you should be fine
